* Print-Ready Artwork: Should be at 300ppi resolution, preferably in Adobe Photoshop PSD Format.(Artwork that does not meet these requirements may still be suitable for printing with artwork modifications. Design charges will be applicable depending on the extent of work needed to make the design print ready).

* Artists Designs: Our artists can create designs upon request for a $40.00 fee. These items may take longer to produce, due to design needs and customer approval of proofs.

* Images: We cannot replicate another company's design or copyrighted images without written consent. We may however be able to design a similar version to meet your needs.

* Quantity: The minimum amount necessary to print a design is 1,000 pieces.

* Wait: Please do not think this means you cannot afford to have your design printed. When you check our prices, you will find them very reasonable for the minimum quantity.

* Turnaround Time: Items will ship approximately 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 weeks from the date the design goes in to printing.

* Events: Please keep this time frame in mind when planning orders in correlation with an event date.  

* Print Schedule: Items go into the print queue on Monday afternoons.

* Print Run: In order for your item to be included in the print run we must have all print-ready artwork and pertinent information in our hands before 12pm Eastern Standard Time.
