Although simple! Semi-Permanent tattoo instructions differ from traditional temporary tattoo application.

Your semi-permanent tattoo will fade over time as your skin naturally exfoliates.

WHAT IS THE IMPRINT AND TRIM SIZE ON A SEMI-PERM CUSTOM TATTOO?

A 1/8” trim size margin between the printed image and the edge of the paper, on all four sides, is required for all custom temporary tattoos up to a 3” x 3" paper size. Thus, your custom temporary tattoo itself will be ¼” smaller than the paper size selected. As an example, a 2” x 2” custom tattoo will have an imprint size of 1.75” x 1.75”. For custom tattoos on paper sizes larger than 3" x 3", a 3/8” trim size margin is required between the printed image and the edge of the paper, on all four sides.

When producing a temporary tattoo, only your design will be printed with the artwork you provided, fitting it specifically to the tattoo paper size ordered, less trim size margins. Your design is the only thing printed, not the entire size of the tattoo sheet. This elimiates any need to die cut the paper to the size of your tattoo.
