This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of TM International (dba TemporaryTattoos.com, “We”) on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you access or use www.temporarytattoos.com (“Service”). We will not use or share your information with anyone except as provided herein. This Policy does not apply to information we obtain (i) offline, (ii) by means other than through our service, or (iii) from any other source. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN.

Information We Collect & Use. Depending on your settings and authorizations on our service, the information you choose to provide will be viewable by and accessible to third parties.

You may opt out of receiving marketing materials via email to Sales@TemporaryTattoos.com. This Privacy Policy is only in effect for our service and not for any third-party website and you are subject to the terms of use and privacy and other policies of such third-party website.
Discussion Rooms, Blogs, Etc. Any information posted in a discussion room, group room, blog, or the like is considered publicly accessible, and you should not post any information you wish to keep confidential.
Modifications. We reserve the right to change this Policy from time to time and at our sole discretion. The modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

NOTHING HEREIN SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO OBLIGATE US TO COMPLY WITH THE GDPR IF WE DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE BOUND THEREBY.
